WeAre Solutions is dedicated to participating in the construction of sustainable communities and actively works towards achieving the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs).

We are committed to improving customer well-being through the delivery of smart digital solutions. We aim to continually innovate and offer novel smart services that cater to the evolving needs of our customers. By focusing on improving employee satisfaction, skills, and the work environment, we are dedicated to fostering a positive and inclusive workplace. We strive to provide fair and equitable employee contracts, promote well-being, and prevent discrimination.

In our efforts to reduce the negative environmental impact of our company actions, we will address our climate impact. This includes sourcing renewable energy, improving energy and material efficiency, and implementing effective waste generation and recycling practices. Embracing a circular economy approach will be central to our operations.

While we aim to achieve economic profit and turnover, we will do so in alignment with ethical principles and a robust Code of Conduct. By promoting sustainability in our business strategies and operations, we strive to create a positive impact on society, the environment, and the economy, and drive meaningful change towards a more sustainable future.

Our progress so far

Several actions were taken in 2022 to to get us closer to reaching our sustainability goals.

Employee Satisfaction

  • Sports and culture benefit vouchers were delivered, and increased exercise opportunities in the office building were provided.
  • Remote work and flexible work opportunities were expanded to increase work-family balance.
  • Dialogue sessions were arranged to increase employee participation opportunities.
  • Salary & reward policy plan was developed
  • A DEI (diversity, equity, inclusion) plan was created to promote equality and non-discrimination.

Novel smart services

We expanded our novel smart service portfolio which provides customers with solutions in a cost-saving and environmentally sound manner.

Customer relations

Customer satisfaction and customer relations received very good ratings, and we monitor the received feedback actively.

Actions to reduce climate impact

The carbon dioxide emissions from the electricity use in our office decreased about 20 % from 2021.

We use Apple laptops and cell phones that promote carbon neutrality in terms of recycled materials, energy savings, product longevity, and innovative packaging

We carried on with development plans to calculate and report the emissions originating from our operations annually.

Our 2023-2025 roadmap

  1. Development of Organization’s Management System: As previously mentioned, promoting the HR function and enhancing the organization’s management system can lead to improved efficiency, decision-making, and employee satisfaction.
  2. Support for Employees’ Recreational Activities: By increasing the budget for sports and cultural benefits, the organization encourages a healthy work-life balance and fosters a positive and engaged workforce.
  3. Support for Public Transport and Cycling: Continuing to support public transport and cycling for work commuting aligns with the organization’s commitment to sustainability and reducing its carbon footprint.

These objectives set for 2023, along with those planned for 2024 and 2025, reflect a comprehensive and progressive approach to corporate responsibility, employee well-being, sustainability, and community engagement. By staying focused on these initiatives, we will be able to make a meaningful and positive impact on various fronts.
